+1. Cache invalidator subscribes to `__keyspace@0__:file:*`
+2. When metadata changes (SET/DEL), invalidator receives notification
+3. Invalidator removes the corresponding file from the WebDAV cache
+4. Next access fetches fresh copy from source filesystem

+This ensures cached files stay synchronized with metadata changes.
